„The client is granted a simple, non-exclusive right to use the delivered photos for private purposes. This includes, in particular, saving, printing, and sharing the photos within a private context. Publication on social media networks is permitted only if the photographer is credited or the photographer’s profile is linked, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Commercial use, editing, alteration of style, transfer to third parties, sale, or use for advertising purposes is permitted only with the photographer’s prior written consent.“
